Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Zeliora service. By registering or using the service you agree to the Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you accept the Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.
1. Who we are
Zeliora is provided by Tigran Sarkisyan, an individual based in Turkmenistan, address: Parahat 7/3, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan ("Zeliora", "we"). Contact: hello@zeliora.app.
2. The service
Zeliora is a cloud service for beauty salons and other service businesses: appointment calendar, clients, services, staff and branches, payments, inventory, reports and related features. It is provided online on a subscription basis; features may change (section 10).
3. Accounts and eligibility
- The service is for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, if higher) to register a company.
- You provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity in your account and in the staff accounts you give access to.
- The person who registers a company becomes its Owner and manages the subscription, the staff and their permissions.
- Tell us immediately about any unauthorised access to your account.
4. Free trial
A new company gets a free 14-day trial. The trial is available once per business and per person.
You must not
- create several accounts or companies, including with different email addresses, to obtain additional trials;
- register a company again after the trial ends to keep using the service for free;
- circumvent the trial limits in any other way.
To detect such abuse we may use technical signals (for example browser and device characteristics, IP address, email address) — see the Privacy Policy. Where we reasonably suspect abuse, we may shorten or cancel the trial, link the accounts or suspend them. Such a decision is made by a Zeliora staff member after a review; you can contact us and explain.
When a trial ends without payment, the company becomes read-only until a plan is chosen.
5. Subscription and billing
- Prices are in US dollars (USD) and depend on the number of staff (the plan band) and the number of branches. Current prices are shown on the Billing page.
- You pay in advance for the chosen period — month, quarter or year. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes payments and handles refunds. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
- Prices exclude taxes unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
- If a payment fails, access may become read-only until the balance is paid.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; new prices apply from the next billing period.
- Your first subscription payment can be refunded in full within 14 days; renewals are not refunded unless the law requires it. See the Refund Policy (/refund).
- Additional services — data migration, staff training and custom development — are not part of the subscription. They are ordered separately, priced per request and paid under a separate invoice or agreement; the subscription price does not change.
6. Cancellation, freeze and data retention
- You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- When the subscription ends (cancellation, non-payment or the end of the trial), the company becomes read-only: data stays visible but cannot be changed.
- Company data is kept for 12 months after the subscription ends so that you can come back. After that the company and all its data are permanently deleted. We warn the Owner about 30 days before the deletion.
- Before the deletion you can request an export of your data or an earlier deletion by writing to hello@zeliora.app.
- We may freeze a company's access if the Terms are breached (section 12).
7. Acceptable use
When using the service you must not
- break the law or infringe the rights of others, including data protection and marketing laws;
- upload malicious code or try to gain unauthorised access to the service, other companies or their data;
- disrupt the service, put excessive load on it, or run penetration tests without our written consent;
- scrape, copy, decompile or resell the service without our consent;
- share account access with others to get around the plan's seat count;
- break the trial rules (section 4).
8. Your customers' data (data processing terms)
For the personal data a company enters into the service (clients, appointments, payments, staff), the company is the controller and Zeliora is the processor acting on the company's behalf. This section is the data processing agreement (DPA).
Zeliora will
- process that data only to provide the service and on the company's documented instructions (the Terms and the service settings are those instructions);
- keep it confidential: access is limited to staff who need it and are bound by confidentiality;
- apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures (see Security in the Privacy Policy);
- engage sub-processors only under data protection obligations no weaker than these; the list is in the Privacy Policy, we give notice of changes in advance and you may object;
- assist the company in responding to data subject requests and with its security and impact-assessment obligations;
- notify the company without undue delay of a personal data breach affecting its data;
- delete the data at the end of the service within the periods of section 6, or return it on request;
- make available, on reasonable request, the information needed to demonstrate compliance with these obligations.
The company is responsible for having a lawful basis to process its clients' and staff's data, for informing them (the company's own privacy notice) and for the lawfulness of the instructions it gives through the service.
9. Intellectual property
The service, its code, design and trademarks belong to Zeliora or its licensors. For the duration of the subscription you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. The data you enter remains yours.
Custom development ordered by you becomes part of the service: Zeliora owns the result and may offer it to all customers. Your payment covers the work, not ownership of the result, and gives no exclusive rights to it. The data you provide for the work remains yours.
10. Availability and changes
We aim for uninterrupted operation but cannot guarantee it: maintenance and outages may happen. We develop the service and may change, add or remove features; we will give advance notice of a material reduction of paid features.
11. Limitation of liability
- The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we give no warranties other than those expressly stated in the Terms.
- We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, reputation or data not caused by our fault.
- Zeliora's total liability under the Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability.
- These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them (for example intent, gross negligence or mandatory consumer rights).
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time by cancelling the subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of the Terms, non-payment, trial abuse or where the law requires — where possible with prior notice and a chance to remedy. After termination data is kept and deleted under section 6.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update the Terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes (by email or in the service). By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect you accept the new version. The version and the update date are shown at the top of the page; we record which version each user accepted.
14. Governing law and disputes
The Terms are governed by the law of Turkmenistan. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Turkmenistan at the place of the provider, unless mandatory rules of your country provide otherwise. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably — please write to us.
