Cookies and local storage
Last updated: · Version 2026-10-19
Cookies and local storage (local storage, session storage) are ways a website keeps small records in your browser. This page lists everything Zeliora stores today.
1. Strictly necessary (always on)
Without these entries the service does not work or cannot protect itself against abuse. They do not require consent, but we tell you about them in the notice at the bottom of the page.
- zelio_token · local storage
- your sign-in key. Removed when you sign out.
- zelio_locale, zelio_locale_explicit · local storage
- the interface language and whether you picked it yourself.
- zelio_calendar_view, zelio_cal_specialist_id · local storage
- the calendar view and the selected specialist, so the calendar opens the way you left it.
- zelio_cookie_notice · local storage
- that you dismissed this notice, and your category choices.
- zelio_device_id · local storage
- a random browser identifier created at signup and used only to detect repeated trials (section 4 of the Privacy Policy). Kept until you clear the site data.
- zelio_chunk_reload · session storage
- a technical marker: after a service update the page reloads once to fetch the new version. Removed when the tab is closed.
2. Analytics and marketing (optional)
Not used at the moment: there are no visitor counters, advertising pixels or third-party cookies. If we add them, they will only be switched on after your explicit consent — in the cookie notice or its settings ("Customize").
3. How to manage them
You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Note that after clearing them you will need to sign in again, and the language and calendar view return to their defaults.
